Take care of your Bones !

 🦴 Our bones support us and allow us to move. According to ayurveda, the health of hair, nails, teeth, heart is depend on health of your bones. 

🦴 Our bones also store minerals such as calcium and phosphorous, which help keep our bones strong, and release them into the body when we need them for other uses. And so building healthy bones is extremely important.

🦴 Your bones are continuously changing — new bone is made and old bone is broken down. When you're young, your body makes new bone faster than it breaks down old bone, and your bone mass increases.
